ANNUAL LIFESTYLES GOLF TOURNAMENT

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 2026 | Carthage Municipal Golf Course

Make plans and mark your calendar now for the Lifestyles Golf Tournament! The tournament will be a 4-person scramble with a flight for men and a flight for mixed pairs. You can make a team of your own or we can put you on a team. Information will be mailed out to the 2025 year’s teams in September. If you didn’t play in 2025, call Lisa to sign up so you can be added to the mailing list. Lunch will be provided prior to the noon shotgun start, along with cheer cart running during play (NO extra charge). Dessert will be served during the awarding of prizes & additional drawings. Golfers, you won’t want to miss out on this fun day

HARRY S TRUMAN PRESIDENTIAL LIBRARY  RSVP

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 22, 2026 | Independence, MO

We will spend the day learning all about the Show-Me state’s only native to reach the nation’s highest office. Included points of interest will be his birthplace, the Truman family farm, Truman Presidential Library and the Truman Courthouse on the square in Independence, MO. Lunch will be catered by Truman’s favorite restaurant in Independence, Dixon’s Chili. Harry Truman once said, “You want to know when Dixon’s Chili opened? I’ll tell you, because I was there. It was August 10, 1919.” Following visits by the President and several Secret Service Agents, the name changed to Dixon’s “Famous” Chili. You will have free time to walk/shop on the historical square before departing. A box dinner will be served on our way home. A lesson in Missouri history you won’t want to miss.

Clay Cooper Theatre is proud to host their annual Veterans Show! The Veterans Show will follow the 10:00 a.m. Hot Rods & High Heels Show. Take a trip back to the good old days with one of the most popular shows, Hot Rods & High Heels! The talented cast will transport you back to a time when poodle skirts and soda shops were all the rage. Our ticket reserves our space for a box lunch and the Veterans Show. Dinner will be at Lambert’s in Ozark. A day you won’t want to miss! As a thank you for your service we are offering 1/2 price to our veterans.
