Join us as we step back in time in Miami. The theatre, built by George L. Coleman Sr., was built in less than a year at a cost of $600,000. The Coleman Theatre opened on April 18, 1929, to a full house of 1,600, each paying $1.00 per ticket. Although the theatre transitioned from a vaudeville theatre to a movie house over the years, it has never been “dark.” We will have lunch, tour of the theatre followed by the movie Flying Deuces: Starring Laurel & Hardy. The Coleman Theatre is considered the crown jewel of Route 66. You won’t want to miss this opportunity. May 18, 2020 Hamner’s Unbelievable Variety Theatre – Branson, MO
Join us in supporting the VVA #913 Branson chapter’s annual benefit show. A wide variety of local Branson entertainers take the stage for a wonderful show and support a great organization. A late lunch at Lambert’s is included in the cost. Pre-show begins at 6:00p.m., with the main show starting at 7:00 p.m. A silent auction will also be taking place at the benefit. We had a great time last year and brought home a few auction items.
