Q: Can I find out what my account balance is online?
A: Yes, with an SMBonline NetTeller Internet banking account you can view balances, make transfers (including loan payments), issue stop payment orders, pay your bills and much more. CLICK HERE for more information.
Q: How can I get a copy of my checking account statement?
A: You can access a copy of your statement at no charge through your NetTeller account. You may also visit any SMB location or call our Customer Service Center at 800-943-8488.
Q: Can I re-order my checks online?
A: Personal banking customers can browse check designs and reorder checks from Deluxe easily online. CLICK HERE for more information.
Q: I didn't authorize a transaction on my account. What do I need to do?
A: If you suspect that someone has obtained any of your account information, please contact your nearest SMB location.
Q: What are the current interest rates?
A: Please see our Interest Rate page or contact any Customer Service Representative at any of our branches.
Q: I have money to invest, but I don't know anything about investing. Can SMB help me?

Q: Can I make my loan payment at any location?
A: Yes, visit any of our SMB locations, or use your SMBonline Internet banking account. Payments can be mailed to us as well.
