SMB Rewards
SMB Rewards is a great benefit for our SMB Debit Card customers. SMB Rewards allows you to build up points when you use your Debit Card and then redeem them for something from our online catalog of over 6 million items. You can choose from clothing, travel packages, music, concert tickets, and much more. SMB Rewards is available on personal debit cards only, not business debit cards.
SMB Rewards is completely free; we even pay for the shipping when you redeem your points. The only thing we ask you to do is contact us to enroll, and we've even made that easy. Simply call us, stop by and visit us, or use the Message Center in SMBonline NetTeller to send us a secure message. We will need to know which Debit Card(s) you want to enroll so have your card handy. Please don't send us your debit card number through regular email.

- While you are logged in to SMBonline NetTeller, use the Message Center to send us a secure message including the card number(s) you wish to enroll.

What type of reward can I redeem my points for?
SMB customers can exchange points earned for merchandise via a web site with more than six million choices, including:
- Merchandise - Clothing, gift certificates, DVD's music downloads, tools, appliances, books, jewelry, and more
- Travel - Flights, hotels and cruises
- Event Tickets - Concerts, shows and sporting events
- Special Events and Packages - Sightseeing tours, trips to wine country, white water rafting
How do I earn points?
Use your Debit Card. You will earn 1 point for every $1 spent on Credit (signature-based) transactions and 1 point for every $2 spent on Debit (PIN-based) transactions. Your points will expire after 5 years.
Can cardholders combine their rewards?
Yes, cardholders have the option, under certain circumstances, to transfer their rewards points.
How do I know how many points I have?
Every time you log in to the rewards site, your points are noted for you near the top on the left side. The Web site is www.smbonline.com/rewards.
How do I redeem my points?
You may redeem your points by visiting the rewards Web site and selecting the items you want.
