Trust Officer Doug Crandall grew up in southwest Missouri and provides his customers with the local, personal service that you expect from SMB. He is an attorney with nearly 30 years of legal and trust experience, licensed in both the state and federal courts of Missouri together with the United States Supreme Court. Doug's professional memberships include the Southwest Missouri Estate Planning Council (Board of Directors 2002 - ) and the Planned Giving Council of the Four States (Board of Directors 2004 -) . Doug will work closely with you and the professionals drafting your legal documents to help make your estate planning a reality.

Richard Patterson, portfolio investment analyst, is a certified public accountant and registered financial securities advisor with over 30 years of experience. Richard reviews trust accounts and makes investment recommendations designed to meet each account's particular investment objectives.

Trust Administrator Alice Taft is a graduate of Joplin High School, majored in business administration with an emphasis in economics and accounting at MSSU and has over 10 years of legal experience.

Trust Administrator Marge Housh has previously served in management with the Carthage Water and Electric Plant for 16 years. She currently serves on many local boards and foundations. Marge serves the Carthage community in her capacity as SMB's Trust Administrator at our downtown branch.
